Working Hours:
Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM 5:00 PM
Responsibilities: Assist passengers with check-in procedures and boarding processes. Provide exceptional customer service and address passenger inquiries. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and airline policies. Coordinate with ground staff and flight crew for smooth operations. Handle luggage and cargo with care and efficiency. Maintain accurate records and documentation. Support special needs passengers as required. Participate in training sessions and stay updated on industry practices.
