Drive is actively seeking a dynamic Google Ads / Paid Search Specialist proficient in Google Ads especially, as well as experience in Facebook, Instagram, and other relevant platforms. We are in search of an individual who is not only passionate and dedicated but also proactive, demonstrating a strong desire to gain valuable agency experience. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional project management skills, showcasing an aptitude for efficiently handling a diverse client portfolio. Creativity, a data-driven mindset, strong communication skills, and a results-oriented approach are key attributes we are looking for in this role.

We are looking for someone who not only has expertise in paid search management, but is very comfortable speaking with clients and assisting our sales team.

Responsibilities

As a Google Ads Specialist at DRIVE, your responsibilities will include:
• Campaign Strategy and Planning:
• Develop and implement comprehensive Google Ads strategies aligned with client goals and objectives.
• Conduct thorough keyword research and competitor analysis to optimize campaign performance.
• Ad Creation and Optimization:
• Craft compelling ad copy and design effective creatives to maximize click-through rates.
• Continuously optimize ad campaigns based on performance data, adjusting bids, targeting, and ad content as needed.
• Budget Management:
• Monitor and manage advertising budgets effectively to ensure optimal allocation of resources.
• Provide regular budget recommendations based on campaign performance and goals.
• Performance Analysis and Reporting:
• Analyze key performance metrics, generate insightful reports, and provide recommendations for improvements.
• Utilize analytics tools to assess the impact of campaigns and make data-driven decisions.
• Audience Targeting:
• Implement audience targeting strategies to reach the most relevant and valuable audiences.
• Utilize demographic, geographic, and behavioral targeting options to enhance campaign precision.
• A/B Testing:
• Conduct A/B testing of ad variations, landing pages, and other elements to identify and implement improvements.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging features to enhance campaign effectiveness.
• Client Communication:
• Collaborate closely with clients to understand their business objectives and provide strategic recommendations.
• Clearly communicate campaign performance, insights, and optimization strategies to clients.
• Stay Informed and Educated:
• Stay updated on the latest Google Ads features, industry trends, and digital marketing best practices.
• Continuously enhance your knowledge and skills through training and certifications.
• Cross-Channel Integration:
• Collaborate with other marketing channels (e.g., social media, SEO) to ensure cohesive and integrated marketing strategies.
• Compliance and Best Practices:
• Ensure adherence to Google Ads policies and best practices to maintain campaign integrity.
• Proactively identify and address any issues related to compliance or policy changes.
• Performance Goals:
• Work towards achieving and exceeding key performance indicators (KPIs) and client objectives.
• Implement strategies to improve campaign efficiency, ROI, and overall success.

As a Google Ads Specialist, you will play a crucial role in driving the success of our clients' digital marketing efforts through strategic planning, effective execution, and continuous optimization of Google Ads campaigns.

Basic Qualifications
• 2+ years’ experience in professional marketing roles
• 2+ years’ experience in Google, Facebook, and Instagram Ads
• Certifications in Google Ads and Google Analytics preferred
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Proficiency in project management
• Must thrive under fast passed work environment
