What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
? Independently screen, qualify, and select candidates based on client specifications
? Maintain internal databases to accurately capture candidate and sourcing information
? Develop and sustain a consistent flow of qualified candidates through active and passive sourcing
? Respond to inbound candidate applications and inform them of employment possibilities
? Collaborate with internal sales and recruiting teams to achieve success and credibility
What Is Required (Qualifications)
? High school diploma or equivalent
? Minimum of 2 years of professional customer service experience
? Strong written and verbal communication skills
? Ability to work individually with minimal supervision
? Proficiency in Microsoft Office
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
? Understanding of the healthcare industry with active affiliation to healthcare organizations
? Experience with Salesforce CRM
? Ability to multi-task and communicate effectively in high-pressure situations
? Willingness to travel during strike events
? Strong relationship-building skills
