Responsibilities: • - Type and format documents, including letters, reports, and emails, with 100% accuracy • Proofread and edit documents for grammar and spelling errors • Manage correspondence and respond to emails in a professional and timely manner • Organize and maintain electronic and paper files • Schedule appointments and maintain calendars • Assist with various administrative tasks, such as data entry and record-keeping • Provide general administrative support to the team as needed

Requirements: • - High school diploma or equivalent • 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role • Fast and accurate typing skills • Strong attention to detail and excellent proofreading skills • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks • Ability to work independently and take initiative
