Ecolab is seeking a motivated and resourceful Customer Service Officer to join our team in Columbus, Ohio. This is a part-time position that allows you to work from the comfort of your own home. - Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
- Assist customers with placing orders, tracking shipments, and processing returns
- Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively and efficiently
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer needs are met
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services to customers
- Requirements:
- 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Negotiation skills to handle difficult situations with customers
- Resourceful and driven attitude to exceed customer expectations
- High school diploma or equivalent required
