Remote Customer Service Representative

Gardener's Kitchen is seeking a Remote Customer Service Representative to help with customer orders and support.

Customer Service Representative...
?? Answering phone calls for product and service questions; suggesting information about other products.
?? Respond to email correspondence quickly and competently.
?? Processing, picking and packaging orders.
?? Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related tasks as needed.
?? Be a multi-tasker, switching between multiple screens and programs with speed and ease in order to provide quick and accurate information.
?? All other basic functions(faxing, filling, record keeping and data entry).

Qualifications: ?? A pleasant, friendly attitude with an ability to adapt to change. ?? Great attention to detail and organizational skills. ?? Ability to communicate clearly and professionally. ?? Previous customer service experience is a plus. ?? Must be able to work 7:00am-3:30pm M-F.
