Responsibilities...
?? Customer Engagement: Handle a wide range of customer inquiries via online chat, providing accurate information about automotive and recreational vehicle sales, service, finance, and dealership operations.
?? Appointment Setting: Gather necessary information to schedule appointments efficiently.
?? Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our ever-evolving products and services.
?? Lead Generation: Collect customer contact information to generate leads for our dealer clients.
?? Interaction Summarization: Summarize online interactions based on customer needs for client review.

Qualifications
?? Preferred Experience: Background in retail customer service or the automotive industry.
?? Typing Skills: Ability to type at least 35 words per minute, with 40+ words per minute preferred.
?? Computer Proficiency: Basic internet and Windows-based computer skills required.
?? Multitasking: Strong ability to multitask, with gaming experience seen as a bonus.
?? Communication Skills: Positive and professional demeanor with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
?? Adaptability: Ability to adapt to change and thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
