- Handle incoming customer calls and conduct outbound follow-up calls for upselling and quality checks
- Schedule maintenance visits for customers

- Provide general inbound customer service assistance
- What is Required (Qualifications):
- Previous customer service experience
- Strong attention to detail

- Demonstrated honesty, integrity, and a positive attitude
- Clear background check and drug screen
