Customer Service Rep - Work From Home
As a Customer Service Representative CSR, you will play a pivotal role in providing exceptional service to customers through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat. Your responsibilities will include processing transactions, resolving complex issues, and understanding and explaining a full range of products and services.
This role will act as the primary liaison to the... clients and build critical relationships to assure customer satisfaction. Communications are primarily by way of telephone and email.
Responsibilities: Effectively communicate with both internal and external customers, identifying their needs and resolving complex issues via telephone and electronic means. Build positive rapport with diverse personalities, maintaining a professional attitude. Understand and recommend the best products/services to meet customer needs. Interact with customers via phone, chat sessions, and email. Respond to customer inquiries promptly. Meet call center performance metrics. Contribute process improvement ideas. Protect customer information and comply with regulations.
Qualifications: High School Diploma required. Intermediate technology skills, fluency in Windows Operating Systems, and Microsoft Office proficiency. Strong communication, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities. Availability for extended hours and weekends.
