Airbnb customer service specialist - Contract to Hire

Our rapidly growing short term rental company is seeking to hire a part time virtual assistant to work on the weekends between the hours of 9am to 6pm to assist with tasks including, but not limited to:

???Respond to guest inquires in real time & confirm bookings...

??? Keep track of vacation rental listings, reservations and messages

??? Offer customer support via vacation rental platform messaging or via phone

??? Provide check-in instructions and accommodate check-in/check-out requests

??? Coordinate cleaning and maintenance services with our housekeeping/maintenance teams

??? Build standard operating procedures to help systematize our business

??? Cold call agents and landlords regarding property rental opportunities on a weekly basis

This position will be part time initially but we are open to converting the position into a full time job for the right candidate
