Key Responsibilities

Product Knowledge: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Apple products, services, and policies to provide accurate and relevant information to... customers.

Qualifications
Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; associates or bachelors degree preferred.
Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a remote environment.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in using CRM systems and Apple software and hardware (macOS, iOS, iPhone, iPad, etc.).
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on clarity, accuracy, and professionalism.
Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with the capacity to think critically and provide effective solutions.
Time Management: Ability to manage time effectively, prioritize tasks, and handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
