Description
The Accounting Clerk will report to the Corporate Controller, maintaining responsibility for processing all Accounts Payable (A/P) invoices, as well as processing expense reports with NetSuite, Tallie, and Bill.com.
The ideal candidate will possess strong attention to detail, valuing both efficiency and accuracy. He/she will value and convey professionalism in each and every interaction. Keys to success will be an ability to demonstrate reliability and consistency, with clarity and precision in both communications and activity.
Responsibilities
• Process Accounts Payable (A/P) invoices for purchase orders within NetSuite.
• Ensure 3-way match of invoices - against the purchase order, pack slip, and invoice.
• Process non-PO expense invoices within Bill.com, ensuring timely approvals.
• Promptly respond to all emails regarding status of invoice payments.
• Process expense reports within Tallie, ensuring receipts are attached and that expense descriptions are matching.
• Ensure expenses comply with Myomo's expense policy.
• Ensure timely approval of all expense reports; other duties may be applicable as assigned.
Requirements
• Associate's degree in a relevant field of study - additional education, training, and/or certifications may be a plus.
• Very strong attention to detail with emphasis on accuracy and efficiency.
• Prior experience in accounts payable; 1 year required and 2-3+ years preferred.
• Strong proficiency with computers as well as the ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
• Ability to work well both independently and in coordination with a team.
• Capacity to work at a computer for several hours daily
