In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our online users through live chat. You will play a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction and resolving any inquiries or issues that may arise.

Requirements
?? High school diploma or equivalent
?? Excellent written and verbal communication skills
?? Previous customer service experience, preferably in a web chat environment
?? Strong technical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot technical issues
?? Proficient in using web chat platforms and other customer support software
?? Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
?? Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
