As a Senior Data Analyst at XBrain, you will play a vital role in driving data-driven decision making and optimizing our recruitment strategies. We are seeking a talented individual who can harness the power of data to provide valuable insights and recommendations to enhance our operations.
Key Responsibilities
Extract, analyze, and interpret data from multiple sources to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement
Develop and maintain data models, dashboards, and reports to effectively communicate findings to stakeholders
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify key metrics and develop actionable strategies based on data-driven insights
Perform data validation and quality assurance procedures to ensure accuracy and reliability of datasets
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data analysis and reporting
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field
Proven experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar analytical role
Proficient in SQL and data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote setting
