Customer Service Representative (6 Month Contract)-Remote

A Taste of the job- Critical Outcomes from the Job
Start you day with a hearty bowl of granola and get ready to support our customers order and invoicing needs.
Our orders process Attention to detail on order accuracy, pricing, invoicing discounts, fills an order by offering alternative ship/pick up dates based upon product availability; completes invoicing and communicating in an accurate and timely manner.
Work with Customer's on inquiries and concerns- This is crucial in building good working relationships
Teamwork & communication be a positive contributor and maintain a supportive attitude within the department and the company.

Path for Success- Qualifications and Experience
Successful completion of Grade 12. Post-secondary an asset.
Fluently Bilingual English and French (Nice to have)
A minimum of 1-2 years of customer service experience working with an ERP system and sales admin/order entry experience is an asset.
Technology typing speed of minimum 45 wpm. Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office is an asset.
Efficient and effective working with a sense of urgency to get things done in a timely matter and meet deadlines.
Team-player: Positive Can-Do attitude and willingness to help.
Calm under pressure.
Great communicator who practices active listening and are excellent at both verbal and written communication.
Adaptable: you can work in a fast-paced environment and are flexible to changing priorities.
