This role focuses on expanding our footprint within the unions and trades sector through strategic cold calling and relationship building. As a key player in driving our sales initiatives, you will be tasked with reaching out to a pre-determined list of potential customers, fostering positive relationships, and closing sales to contribute to our growth and success.

Key Responsibilities...
?? Conduct cold call outreach to potential clients within the unions and trades sector, utilizing a provided list of leads.
?? Clearly communicate the value and benefits of our screen printing services to prospective clients, addressing queries and concerns to facilitate sales.
?? Maintain detailed records of call activities, client interactions, and sales progress using our CRM system.
?? Participate in direct coaching sessions to enhance sales techniques and strategies.
?? Meet and strive to exceed individual and team sales targets.
?? Provide exceptional customer service, fostering long-term relationships with clients.

Requirements: ?? Proven experience in sales, telemarketing, or a related field, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. ?? Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively over the phone. ?? High level of comfort and proficiency with technology, able to operate CRM software and utilize personal computer and phone for business purposes. ?? Self-motivated and disciplined, with the ability to work independently. ?? Must be a tech-savvy individual who is not hesitant to make cold calls. ?? Must have access to a reliable personal computer and phone.

Employment Type:
?? This is a 1099 position, suitable for independent contractors.
?? The role is commission-based, offering 10% on every sale.
?? Our current representatives average earnings are $1,000 per week.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $700.00 - $1,500.00 per week
