We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Dynamics CRM Developer to join our dynamic team. ?? As a Senior Dynamics CRM Developer, you will be responsible for the design, development, customization, and implementation of solutions on the Microsoft Dynamics CRM platform. ?? You will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable CRM solutions. Responsibilities: ?? Design, develop, customize, and implement solutions on the Microsoft Dynamics CRM platform. ?? Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements. ?? Translate business requirements into technical specifications and CRM solutions. ?? Customize and configure CRM entities, workflows, forms, views, and reports. ?? Develop custom plugins, workflows, and integrations to extend CRM functionality. ?? Design and implement data migration strategies to migrate data from legacy systems to Dynamics CRM. ?? Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers. ?? Stay updated with the latest Dynamics CRM features, best practices, and industry trends. ?? Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices. ?? Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Dynamics CRM implementations. Requirements: ?? Proficiency in customizing and configuring Dynamics CRM entities, workflows, forms, views, and reports. ?? Experience developing custom plugins, workflows, and integrations using C#, .NET, JavaScript, and Web API. ?? Strong understanding of CRM architecture, data model, and security model. ?? Experience with data migration strategies and tools for migrating data to Dynamics CRM. ?? Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. ?? Strong communication and interpersonal skills. ?? Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team environment. ??
