Remote Claims Associate: VA STATE ONLY

Job Title: Claims Associate (Remote with Local Onsite Meetings)<br><br>Location: Richmond, VA (Must be Local)<br><br>Duration: Temporary (Expected to Last 90 Days)<br><br>About the Company:<br><br>We are excited to announce a temporary position with one of LHH's esteemed clients in the Richmond, VA area. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a background in call centers and a passion for providing exceptional customer service.<br><br>Job Responsibilities:<br><br><ul><li>Receiving and reviewing insurance claims</li><li>Conducting thorough investigations and gathering necessary information</li><li>Processing claims accurately and efficiently</li><li>Collaborating with internal teams to ensure claims are processed in a timely manner</li><li>Maintaining accurate documentation and records of claims activities<br><br></li></ul>Requirements:<br><br><ul><li>Previous experience in a call center environment is required</li><li>Strong customer service skills with the ability to empathize and provide solutions</li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills</li><li>Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to multitask effectively</li><li>Proficient computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office applications</li><li>Must be a resident of Richmond, VA or the surrounding area, as local onsite meetings will be required (approximately once a month)<br><br></li></ul>Compensation:<br><br>This position offers a competitive pay rate of $22 per hour.<br><br>How to Apply:<br><br>If you are a motivated and customer-focused individual with experience in a call center environment, and you reside in Richmond, VA or the surrounding area, we would love to hear from you.
